Could someone tell me how to add a picture to my profile please

Hi friend,

To upload profile picture do the following:

open your profile, you can see the top left a padlock and webcamdarts.com.

right click the padlock and allow the flash player. then Update. uploading button will appear then you can upload your avatar.

I did that and uploaded a picture....but it doesnt show up in the lobby page. is there a difference between a picture and a avatar? thanks
