I'm a little confused and hoping someone can point me in the right direction.  There is an ongoing tournament at the moment and the schedule said 10:00GMT (+0100 British Summer Time).  I've assumed it's 10am GMT which in Britain at the moment is 11am.  However as I've logged on today to show interest I can see that the tournament registration was at 07:300 and started at 08:00.  Not sure if this was GMT, BST or what?!?!

Can someone offer me a little advice as I'd like to challenge myself in one of these to see how I'd get on
