Sickboi  has been an issue since hes been on this site.  Ive only been on here on and off for 2 years but have never had a player so awful to play or to hear on the chat.  

Multiple players that have lots of credibility have caught him cheating.   Terrible etiquette and talking trash about averages in the chat.   Toxic and gross person.  How can I ban him or is there a way to vote him out.
