I use a Logitech C270 Webcam.

If I start the game I see and hear the other player, he sees me too, but he can't hear me.

Can anyone help me?

Skype works and normal stream with the cam also.

Only WDA had problems.... Use Chrome 

I do have exactly same problem, tested on Windows 7 and Chrome, and on other computer with Windows 10 and Chrome.

Check in Hangouts setting that the microphone uses Logitech camera and Save settings.

No you have to use another browser

I tryed Mozilla and everything works ;)
