I need to hang my cam from above but that means the image is upside down. Can we get a setting added to allow the image to be rotated to suit the mounting position?

Download Manycam, free version (https://manycam.com/)

add your camera there (close all other instances that use the camera!)
on the top right click the magnifying glass, use the turn arrows 2 times.

Close manycams, open the webcamtester of webcamdarts.

select Manycams.

I have tested this and this is perfectly do-able with the free version.
